The Edmond Track Club is a competitive track/field club for K – 6^TH grade

The E.T.C. is sanctioned by the USATF

*The spring session is track/field with all the events involved

*The cost to join the E.T.C. is $60.00. This covers orientation, all meets,

club membership (including express check-in at meets), and a club t-shirt

*For meets held at Edmond North High School Track:

215 West Danforth in Edmond, OK--the track is located

behind (to the north of) the school on the east side.

*For meets held at Edmond Cheyenne Middle School Track:

1271 West Covell Road in Edmond, OK--the track is located

behind (to the north of) the school.

*All meets begin at 12:00 p.m. with registration and 1:00 p.m.

Tuesday 3/26 6:00 p.m. – parent/athlete organizational meeting

@Edmond North High School Track.  For parents of athletes paying for 

membership that evening, we will bring those athletes out to the track and go 

through the events.  This is the only evening for this type of familiarization 

with the events during a meet.  Don't miss out on this one opportunity.

Hi Parents,

Remember that today's meet will be in Guthrie.  The best route we recommend to take is I-35 North.  Exit Highway 33 (2nd exit in Guthrie, I believe) heading west.  Immediately after the bridge, turn north or right onto 5th street and you'll see Cottonwood Flats.

Middle Schoolers are scheduled to begin racing at 4:15pm.  They will have 4 races before they begin the Elementary group.  We do not have an exact start time for our race.

Fall Cross Country with Edmond Track Club

Edmond Track Club is proud to announce our Fall Cross Country schedule for 2012.  Athletes through 6th grade are welcome from any district or town.  Home Schoolers, Public and Private Schools (both as a team or as individuals) are all encouraged to participate with us!  Due to the construction of the city's new swimming pool, we have designated a new one mile course just east of where we've met in the past.
Here's our schedule:

Thursday 8/23/12 5pm Organizational meeting @ Mitch Park located between Santa Fe and Kelly off of Covell (small pavilion to the east of big playground and construction). Bring a copy of your child's birth certificate.

Monday 8/27/12 5pm Practice @ Mitch Park

Thursday 8/30/12 5pm 1 mile race @ Mitch Park

Tuesday 9/4/12 5pm Practice @ Mitch Park

Thursday 9/6/12 4:30pm 1 mile race @ Cottonwood Flats in Guthrie

Monday 9/10/12 5pm Practice @ Mitch Park

Thursday 9/13/12 5pm 1 mile race @ Mitch Park

Monday 9/24/12 5pm Practice @ Mitch Park

Thursday 9/27/12 5pm 1 mile race @ Mitch Park

Further details:

A competitive cross country club for grades K - 6th. The distance is 1 mile in length.

ETC is a member of USA Track & Field.

All practices will be held at Mitch Park in Edmond from 5-6pm.

1501 West Covell Street in Edmond, OK—we will meet at the small west pavilion (just north and east of the MAC Center and east of the big playground, cross the small wood bridge).

3 races will be held at Mitch Park. 1 race will be held at Cottonwood Flats in Guthrie (west of downtown Guthrie).

$100 to join Edmond Track Club (ETC) which includes all practices, all meets, club membership, and a club t-shirt.

Non-club members are welcome to compete in the meets. Each athlete must bring a copy of birth certificate at a cost of $5 per race.

The practice and meet schedules are tentative. It is tentative due to unpredictable weather conditions and changes to high school athletic schedules. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.

Registration for all races begins at 4:30pm on race days at Mitch Park. 

We encourage all parents to run with their athletes.

We do plan to have the ETC meet today as scheduled. It will be windy, so dress accordingly. Registration will be held at the ticket booth for today.
